Latar Belakang:  Luka jahitan perineum terjadi pada 75% ibu yang melahirkan secara normal. Prognosis atau kemungkinan diagnosis pada ibu nifas dengan luka jahitan perineum adalah kemungkinan terjadinya infeksi pada luka jahitan perenium. Spray lebih aman dan tolerabilitas dibanding dengan sediaan yang pengaplikasiannya secara konvensional.
