AI‐Assisted Fungal Detection in Dermatopathology: A Study on Accuracy, Efficiency, and Usability

Excluding fungal elements in PAS‐stained skin sections is labor‐intensive and well suited for AI assistance. Bio‐active designed peptide for hair keratin strengthening

Bioactive tripeptides through in silico screening revealed KCV (Tripeptide‐132) as the most promising keratin‐targeting candidate. Experimental studies confirmed its superior hair‐strengthening performance with 44% tensile strength enhancement, 50% breakage reduction, improved surface integrity and fibre penetration.

Protective effects of extracellular vesicle‐like nanoparticles derived from Cannabis sativa adventitious roots against UVB‐induced damage in human keratinocytes

Cannabis sativa root‐derived extracellular vesicle‐like nanoparticles (CA‐NPs) were isolated from adventitious root cultures and subjected to physicochemical characterization. Upon UVB exposure, keratinocytes exhibited increased ROS generation, apoptosis and MAPK activation, leading to oxidative stress and skin damage.
