Different dermoscopic presentations of typical seborrheic keratosis (SK) have been widely described1 but atypical SKs have not yet been distinguished from cutaneous neoplasms. In these cases, histopathological diagnosis is needed to rule out malignancy2 .

Dermoscopy of inflamed seborrheic keratosis: A great mimic of malignancy
Australasian Journal of Dermatology, 2021Clinical and dermoscopic recognition of seborrheic keratoses (SKs) is often straightforward, and biopsy might not be required. However, inflamed SKs (iSKs) can pose a diagnostic challenge. Dermoscopic features of iSKs have not yet been evaluated to date.

Treatment of Seborrheic Keratosis
JAMA: The Journal of the American Medical Association, 1970To the Editor.— The report of F. E. Mohs, MD ( 212 :1956, 1970), entitled "Seborrheic Keratoses: Scarless Removal by Curettage and Oxidized Cellulose" is deserving of some comment. Basal cell carcinoma, seborrheic keratosis, and nevus are common skin conditions. Though most of the skin diseases can be distinguished from each other by physician's naked eyes, the diagnostic accuracy is not 100%.

Anogenital giant seborrheic keratosis
Italian Journal of Dermatology and Venereology, 2017Seborrheic keratosis (SK) are very common benign epidermal tumors. Giant seborrheic keratosis (GSK) is a rare variant with clinical characteristics, which leads very often to misdiagnosis. A genital site of SK is very unusual clinical manifestation and although the cause is still unknown, current literature data point to a possible pathogenetic role of
