INB3P is a multimodal framework for blood–brain barrier‐penetrating peptide prediction under extreme data scarcity and class imbalance. By combining physicochemical‐guided augmentation, sequence–structure co‐attention, and imbalance‐aware optimization, it improves predictive performance and interpretability.

Estimating Yield Curves by Kernel Smoothing Methods [PDF]
We introduce a new method for the estimation of discount functions, yield curves and forward curves for coupon bonds. Our approach is nonparametric and does not assume a particular functional form for the discount function although we do show how to ...

Customizing Tactile Sensors via Machine Learning‐Driven Inverse Design
ABSTRACT Replicating the sophisticated sense of touch in artificial systems requires tactile sensors with precisely tailored properties. However, manually navigating the complex microstructure‐property relationship results in inefficient and suboptimal designs.

Nonparametric Estimation of Risk-Neutral Densities [PDF]
This chapter deals with nonparametric estimation of the risk neutral density. We present three different approaches which do not require parametric functional assumptions on the underlying asset price dynamics nor on the distributional form of the risk ...

Temporal Interference Stimulation Enhances Neural Regeneration
Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is proposed as a non‐invasive approach to enhance neural regeneration in the deep brain. Theta‐band TI modulation selectively promotes neural progenitor cell differentiation in vitro and augments hippocampal neurogenesis in amouse model of Alzheimer's disease‐like amyloidosis.

Spline Smoothing: The Equivalent Variable Kernel Method
The cubic spline estimator of the regression curve is related with the existence of a weight function which enables to perform a nonparametric estimation of the function. The relation between this method and the kernel approach is fixed under suitable conditions with the aims of giving an intuitive insight into spline-smoothing methods. The main result

Distinct Biotypes of Visual Perception in Major Depressive Disorder
In a discover dataset (272 acute MDD patients), this work identifies a novel depression biotype characterized by impaired visual motion perception, using machine learning clustering. An independent dataset confirms the robustness of this biotype through cross‐validation and demonstrates its generalizability.
