Palladium‐Catalyzed Gem‐Diborylalkylation of Silyl Enol Ethers and N‐Vinylacetamide via Diboryl Carbon‐Centered Radicals

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Unlocking new reactivity: a palladium‐catalyzed coupling of gem‐iododiborylalkanes with electron‐rich olefins enables streamlined access to β,β‐diboryl carbonyl compounds under mild conditions. Mechanistic insights reveal a Pd(0)/Pd(I) cycle and a diboryl‐stabilized radical intermediate, offering a distinct platform for advancing unconventional ...

FOXM1 Protects Against Myocardial Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury in Rodent and Porcine Models by Suppressing MKRN1‐Dependent LKB1 Ubiquitination

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
FOXM1 maintains mitochondrial bioenergetic function by inhibiting MKRN1‐mediated ubiquitination of LKB1 in cardiomyocytes. Loss of FOXM1 in cardiomyocytes results in upregulation of MKRN1, which enhances LKB1 ubiquitination and disrupts AMPK signaling and energy metabolism pathways. Conversely, FOXM1 overexpression preserves mitochondrial bioenergetics

Excitation‐Dependent Quadruple‐Level Emission from an Isolated Molecule for Dynamic Information Encryption

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
By manipulating the quadruple decoupled radiative transitions of donor and acceptor units, dual‐phase excitation‐dependent afterglow emission is achieved for the first time in a single isolated molecule. The decoupled donor‐acceptor units precisely manipulate the electron transfer pathways in ACRSP, endowing it with intrinsic single‐molecule Ex‐De ...
