Convex Polytopes and Quasilattices from the Symplectic Viewpoint [PDF]
We construct, for each convex polytope, possibly nonrational and nonsimple, a family of compact spaces that are stratified by quasifolds, i.e. each of these spaces is a collection of quasifolds glued together in an suitable way.

The Influence of Mining Height on Combinational Key Stratum Breaking Length
AbstractMining height of coal seams plays a major role in the failure of the key stratum as well as combinational key stratum. Based on analyzing the relevant parameters of combinational key stratum, applying numerical analysis, the influence of mining height on combinational key stratum fracture, which is also the influence on the main roof weighting ...

Purification and Characterization of the Endoglycosidase Heparanase 1 from Human Plantar Stratum Corneum: a Key Enzyme in Epidermal Physiology? [PDF]
A protein exhibiting endoglycosidase activity was purified from plantar stratum corneum to apparent homogeneity in two sequential column chromatographic steps. Protein sequencing revealed its identity with the recently cloned human heparanase 1, an enzyme, the expression of which is reported to be related to the metastasic potential of tumor cells.

Research on Key Technologies of Construction Of Tunnel in Aeolian Stratum: A Case Study of Shenmu No. 1 Tunnel [PDF]
Abstract The naturally formed aeolian sand dunes in northern Shaanxi have unique engineering characteristics. Several difficulties restrict the construction of road tunnels under this stratum, such as the poor self-stabilization ability of the surrounding rock, difficultly in injecting grout, and insufficient construction experience. Therefore,

ABSTRACT Background and Aims Wilms tumour (WT) has excellent event‐free and overall survival (OS). However, small differences exist between countries participating in the same international study. This led us to examine variation in adherence to protocol recommendations as a potential contributing factor.
