Preparation of monoclonal antibodies against KHV and establishment of an antigen sandwich ELISA for KHV detection

Microbial Pathogenesis, 2019
Infections with koi herpesvirus (KHV) in carp are still a severe problem worldwide. Detection and elimination of infected fish are necessary for control of the Koi herpesvirus disease (KHVD). Serum is an excellent specimen for KHV testing because of high survivability of KHV in serum and ease of collection, storage, and handling.

Susceptibility of koi × crucian carp and koi × goldfish hybrids to koi herpesvirus (KHV) and the development of KHV disease (KHVD)

Journal of Fish Diseases, 2010
AbstractHybrids of koi, Cyprinus carpio × crucian carp, Carassius carassius and koi × goldfish, Carassius auratus, proved to be susceptible to koi herpesvirus (KHV, syn. CyHV‐3) and developed KHV disease (KHVD). While hybrids of koi × goldfish were partly resistant to mortality following infection by immersion, most koi × crucian carp hybrids died ...

Force distribution within a KHV planetary mechanism

Russian Engineering Research, 2016
The forces in a model mechanism with parallel cranks (a KHV planetary mechanism) are analyzed, with identification of the static indeterminacy of the system by means of contact-interaction theory.
