[Microsurgery of the kidney pelvis].

In an animal experiment, excellent results were obtained using both microsurgical mucosa and all-layer, single-knot polyglactin (8/0 Vicryl) suture of the ureter. These results motivated clinical use of this microsurgical operative technique on five infants (4-9 months of age) with stenosis of the pelvis outlet.
