Computation of the conformal algebra of 1+3 decomposable spacetimes [PDF]
The conformal algebra of a 1+3 decomposable spacetime can be computed from the conformal Killing vectors (CKV) of the 3-space. It is shown that the general form of such a 3-CKV is the sum of a gradient CKV and a Killing or homothetic 3-vector.

Insights into PI3K/AKT signaling in B cell development and chronic lymphocytic leukemia
This Review explores how the phosphoinositide 3‐kinase and protein kinase B pathway shapes B cell development and drives chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a common blood cancer. It examines how signaling levels affect disease progression, addresses treatment challenges, and introduces novel experimental strategies to improve therapies and patient outcomes.

A note on Minkowski formula of conformal Killing-Yano $2$-form [PDF]
We study the Minkowski formula of conformal Killing-Yano two-forms in a spacetime of constant curvature. We establish the spacetime Alexandrov theorem with a free boundary.

The spinorial geometry of supersymmetric backgrounds
We propose a new method to solve the Killing spinor equations of eleven-dimensional supergravity based on a description of spinors in terms of forms and on the Spin(1,10) gauge symmetry of the supercovariant derivative.

Immunoregulatory mechanisms of the arachidonic acid pathway in cancer
The central role of the arachidonic acid (AA) pathway in anticancer immunity. Enzymes and metabolites of the AA pathway can play both immunosuppressive and immunostimulatory roles in the tumor microenvironment. Therefore, their tailored targeting could be beneficial as a standalone therapy or in combination with current cancer immunotherapy.

On a chain of reproducing kernel Cartan subalgebras
Let 𝔤 be a semisimple Lie algebra, j a Cartan subalgebra of 𝔤, j*, the dual of j, jv the bidual of j and B(., .) the restriction to j of the Killing form of 𝔤.

A Novel Peptide-MHC Targeted Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cell Forms a T Cell-like Immune Synapse
Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T cell therapy is a promising form of adoptive cell therapy that re-engineers patient-derived T cells to express a hybrid receptor specific to a tumour-specific antigen of choice.

Unraveling Mycobacterium tuberculosis acid resistance and pH homeostasis mechanisms
Mycobacterium tuberculosis exhibits a remarkable resilience to acid stress. In this Review, we discuss some of the molecular mechanisms and metabolic pathways used by the tubercle bacilli to adapt and resist host‐mediated acid stress. Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) is a successful pathogen that has developed a variety of strategies to survive and ...
