Self‐Navigated, Retrospective, Data‐Consistent Motion Correction for MPnRAGE
ABSTRACT Purpose To extend and automate a data‐consistent, self‐navigated motion‐correction method for 3D radial T1‐weighted imaging. Methods This method incorporated rigid‐body motion effects into the forward model, solving for parameters that maximize consistency with the data.

Abstract Objectives We investigated the agreement between pulse wave velocity (PWV) and augmentation index (AIx%) obtained in a controlled fasted condition versus a non‐fasted, uncontrolled, “real‐world” condition. Thereafter, we assessed the reproducibility of PWV and AIx% over three repeated visits under controlled fasted conditions.

Abstract INTRODUCTION We estimated the lifetime risk of incident dementia and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) from ages 55–105 and examined differences by sex and race. METHODS Data were drawn from five harmonized longitudinal cohort studies at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center, including 4611 participants for dementia and 3915 for MCI.
