Bilo koji oblik ljudskog znanja ili iskustva, ako je ono odista povijesno i društveno relevantno postaje i predmetom izučavanja i poučavanja. U znanstveno fundiranim područjima ova transformacija čini temelj didaktičke transpozicije temeljnih znanstvenih spoznaja u koherentno znanje primjereno didaktičkim i pedagoškim aplikacijama.
