Kinetic model parameters

open access: yes, 2022
Description of the kinetic parameters used in the model and their names in the code. Indications are given when kinetic parameters are used to introduce noise in a block model.

Determination of kinetic parameters for biomass combustion [PDF]

open access: yesBioresource Technology, 2016
The aim of this work is to provide a wide database of kinetic data for the most common biomass by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermogravimetry (DTG). Due to the characteristic parameters of DTG curves, a two-stage reaction model is proposed and the kinetic parameters obtained from model-based methods with energy activation values ...

Investigation of Pyrolysis Behavior of Sewage Sludge by Thermogravimetric Analysis Coupled with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry Using Different Heating Rates

open access: yesEnergies, 2022
In this study, pyrolysis of municipal sewage sludge samples from different sources including cattle and chicken manure as well as brook mud, was investigated using a thermogravimetric analysis coupled with a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (TG ...

Thermoluminescence kinetic parameters of yttrium niobate

open access: yesOptik, 2022
Yttrium niobate (YNbO4) phosphorus produced using the solid-state technique by sintering at 1200 degrees C investigated for thermoluminescence (TL) kinetics after irradiated with ultraviolet radiation (UV). The TL glow curve of UV irradiated yttrium niobate phosphorus recorded with a heating rate of 2 Ks(-1) exhibited glow peaks at 366 and 424 K.

Kinetic modelling of phenols consumption during polyethylene thermal oxidation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Irganox 1010 stabilized PE was monitored by carbonyl build-up and DSC under oxygen. A scheme for PE stabilization by phenols was implemented and its kinetic parameters were calculated from experimental results.

Segment Particle Swarm Optimization Adoption for Large-Scale Kinetic Parameter Identification of Escherichia Coli Metabolic Network Model

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2018
Kinetic parameter identification in the dynamic metabolic model of Escherichia coli (E. coli) has become important and is needed to obtain appropriate metabolite and enzyme data that are valid under in vivo conditions.

Application of Percolation Theory in Thermokinetics

open access: yesActa Technologica Agriculturae, 2020
The present paper focuses on the infiltration of random fluid particles through a porous wall. The thermogravimetric curve is assumed to be a non-eroded interface so that the random fluid particle can pass through the discrete boundary of it. The node on

A kinetic model describing the processivity of Myosin-V [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
The precise details of how myosin-V coordinates the biochemical reactions and mechanical motions of its two head elements to engineer effective processive molecular motion along actin filaments remain unresolved.

Indistinguishability and identifiability of kinetic models for the MurC reaction in peptidoglycan biosynthesis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
An important question in Systems Biology is the design of experiments that enable discrimination between two (or more) competing chemical pathway models or biological mechanisms.
