Spermatogenesis in Klinefelter's Syndrome

Two patients with clinical evidence of Klinefelter's syndrome, positive sex chromatin and a karyotype of 47/XXY are presented. Testicular biopsy revealed a histological picture characteristic of Klinefelter's syndrome, but, in addition to this, small areas of spermatogenesis were encountered in a few tubules.
