Advanced Science, EarlyView.Natural products remain vital sources of therapeutics, and the phylum Myxococcota constitutes an especially rich reservoir for them. Based on decades of microbiological efforts, we present 154 new Myxococcota genomes and revise taxonomy quadrupling the number of families and genera.

Mechanical Signatures of Nucleic Acid Trefoil Knot Topology
Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.Single‐stranded DNA can be designed with sequences that self‐thread into topological knots. The exact same sequence can alternatively be turned into an unknotted pseudoknot. The topology of the resulting polymer is determined by applying force with optical tweezers, causing the pseudoknot to resolve but the knot to tighten.

Symmetry‐Imposed Selection Rules for Excitations of Nontrivial Plasmonic Topologies
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A unified group‐theory selection rule governs the excitation of vectorial nearfield topologies across three plasmonic spin states. Derived from first principles, it predicts spin–orbit vortex splitting and multidimensional nested vortices, confirmed by phase‐resolved in situ measurements.

Weak bonds via comonomers enable degradability, but diffusion limits effectiveness. We incorporate thermolatent bases before polymerization (thermal or 3D‐VAT printing).
