Knowledge Transfer for Out-of-Knowledge-Base Entities: A Graph Neural Network Approach
Knowledge base completion (KBC) aims to predict missing information in a knowledge base.In this paper, we address the out-of-knowledge-base (OOKB) entity problem in KBC:how to answer queries concerning test entities not observed at training time ...

Novel and unscrutinized immune entities of the zebrafish gut
Understudied cells of the zebrafish immune system include bona fide immune cells and epithelial (‐derived) cells with immune functions. Research focusing on zebrafish cells which demonstrate similarities to mammalian immune cell counterparts may help us understand the pathologies in which they are implicated. Currently available and advanced tools make

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER IN A KNOWLEDGE-BASED ECONOMY
The knowledge economy currently presupposes that each organization manages its knowledge and in doing so intentionally endeavors to achieve a long-term competitive advantage. In other words the key source of success is no longer information as such, but the right knowledge which is associated with a specifi c bearer – employee who must constantly ...

Neural Wikipedian: Generating Textual Summaries from Knowledge Base Triples
Most people do not interact with Semantic Web data directly. Unless they have the expertise to understand the underlying technology, they need textual or visual interfaces to help them make sense of it.

Imeglimin attenuates liver fibrosis by inhibiting vesicular ATP release from hepatic stellate cells
Imeglimin, at clinically relevant concentrations, inhibits vesicular ATP accumulation and release from hepatic stellate cells, thereby attenuating purinergic signaling and reducing fibrogenic activation. This mechanism reveals a newly identified antifibrotic action of imeglimin beyond glycemic control.

Knowledge Base Completion: Baselines Strike Back
Many papers have been published on the knowledge base completion task in the past few years. Most of these introduce novel architectures for relation learning that are evaluated on standard datasets such as FB15k and WN18.

Revealing the structure of land plant photosystem II: the journey from negative‐stain EM to cryo‐EM
Advances in cryo‐EM have revealed the detailed structure of Photosystem II, a key protein complex driving photosynthesis. This review traces the journey from early low‐resolution images to high‐resolution models, highlighting how these discoveries deepen our understanding of light harvesting and energy conversion in plants.
