About the Development of the Intelligent Deckhouse to the Information Leakage Control Systems

open access: yesБезопасность информационных технологий, 2013
The problem of preventing leaks of corporate information is described. Opportunities of DLP-systems, problems in constructing and functioning of such systems and propose to develop the intellectual superstructure are analyzed.

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

An integrated approach of knowledge extraction and ontology-based reasoning for green building evaluation and electricity efficiency

open access: yesFrontiers in Built Environment
IntroductionPromoting green building practices is essential in addressing climate change and achieving sustainable development goals. Green building evaluation plays a critical role in assessing building performance across multiple criteria, including ...

Erythropoietin modulates hepatic inflammation, glucose homeostasis, and soluble epoxide hydrolase and epoxides in high‐fat diet‐induced obese mice

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Erythropoietin administration suppresses hepatic soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) expression, leading to increased CYP‐derived epoxides. This is associated with a shift in hepatic macrophage polarization characterized by reduced M1 markers and increased M2 markers, along with reduced hepatic inflammation, suppressed hepatic lipogenesis, and attenuated ...

Supersemantics for Knowledge Extraction.

open access: yes, 2015
In several areas of science, the publication rate exceeds the human reading speed. Text mining tackles this problem by automatically extracting relevant knowledge from scientific articles. This thesis introduces Supersemantics as an approach to integrate different linguistic and other adjacent fields.

Applicability of mitotic figure counting by deep learning: a development and pan‐cancer validation study

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...

RDF Knowledge Graph Visualization From a Knowledge Extraction System

open access: yes, 2015
In this paper, we present a system to visualize RDF knowledge graphs. These graphs are obtained from a knowledge extraction system designed by GEOLSemantics. This extraction is performed using natural language processing and trigger detection.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.
