Knowledge Representation through Graphs
Due to the increasing amount of data, knowledge aggregation, representation and reasoning are highly important for companies. In this paper, knowledge aggregation is presented as the first step. In the sequel, successful knowledge representation, for instance through graphs, enables knowledge-based reasoning.

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

We investigated the toxicity of 12 active compounds commonly found in herbal weight loss supplements (WLS) using human liver and colon cell models. Epigallocatechin‐3‐gallate was the only compound showing significant toxicity. Metabolic profiling revealed protein degradation, disrupted energy and lipid metabolism suggesting that the inclusion of EGCG ...

Knowledge Questions from Knowledge Graphs [PDF]
We address the novel problem of automatically generating quiz-style knowledge questions from a knowledge graph such as DBpedia. Questions of this kind have ample applications, for instance, to educate users about or to evaluate their knowledge in a specific domain. To solve the problem, we propose an end-to-end approach.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

MiR‐513a promotes human erythroid differentiation by modulating c‐Jun
During early human erythropoiesis, miR‐513a promoted erythroid differentiation in primary human CD34+ hematopoietic stem‐progenitor cells and human TF‐1 erythroleukemic cells by indirectly decreasing c‐Jun and phospho‐c‐Jun expression, which are associated with increased GATA1 expression.
