IoT Measurement Knowledge Graphs

IoT devices generate substantial amounts of measurements and use many different formats to store this data. In order to make IoT devices interoperable, a number of ontologies have been developed, such as the Smart Applications REFerence (SAREF) ontology, to create knowledge graphs that can represent all kinds of measurements from IoT devices.

Dapagliflozin prevents methylglyoxal‐induced retinal cell death in ARPE‐19 cells

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control

Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.
