Knowledge Administration Within Modern Business Structures [PDF]
The research aims to develop a conceptual framework for analyzing the relationship of determination between the dimensions of the organization that characterize the elements of intellectual capital and each of the stages of the organization, taking ...

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

The surface scaling of low CO2-emission High Performance Concretes (HPC) was studied in freeze/thaw performance tests with a 3 mm layer of 3% NaCl on the surface to investigate whether such concretes can be made frost durable without air entrainment ...

Justification in Context [PDF]
Determining knowledge happens by indexically attuned\ud justification. One may also say that knowledge comes\ud without justification if standards for knowledge are\ud measured by fancy requirements. A lower setting of scores\ud brings justification back.

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.

Knowledge Base Structure [PDF]
In a unified conceptual model for first-order knowledge bases the data and knowledge are modelled formally in a uniform way. A knowledge base is maintained by modifying its conceptual model and by using those modifications to specify changes to its implementation.

Peer - Mediated Distributed Knowledge Management [PDF]
Distributed Knowledge Management is an approach to knowledge management based on the principle that the multiplicity (and heterogeneity) of perspectives within complex organizations is not be viewed as an obstacle to knowledge exploitation, but rather as

Intercompartmental communication in senescence
Senescent cells experience structural changes in the plasma membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, lysosomes, nucleus, and cytoskeleton. These alterations disrupt crosstalk among cellular compartments, impairing vesicular trafficking, contact sites, and molecular flow.

Knowledge-Based Discrete Optimalization of Truss Structures
The knowledge-based approach to discrete optimization is presented in the paper. The minimization problem characterized by linear objective function and arbitrary constraints is considered when design variables have to be chosen from a set of discrete ...
