Knowledge Transfer with Jacobian Matching
Classical distillation methods transfer representations from a "teacher" neural network to a "student" network by matching their output activations. Recent methods also match the Jacobians, or the gradient of output activations with the input.

Knowledge Transfer for Out-of-Knowledge-Base Entities: A Graph Neural Network Approach
Knowledge base completion (KBC) aims to predict missing information in a knowledge base.In this paper, we address the out-of-knowledge-base (OOKB) entity problem in KBC:how to answer queries concerning test entities not observed at training time ...

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Knowledge Transfer Through Dissemination [PDF]
A well-known saying, "The work is not done until the paperwork is done," is frequently heard in nearly all industries. Nurses often say, "If it isn't documented, it didn't happen." "It" can refer to a number of interventions or situations including patient assessment data, medications administered or withheld, interventions provided, and a patient's ...

Redox regulation meets metabolism: targeting PRDX2 to prevent hepatocellular carcinoma
PRDX2 acts as a central redox hub linking metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatohepatitis (MASH) to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In normal hepatocytes, PRDX2 maintains redox balance and metabolic homeostasis under oxidative stress. In contrast, during malignant transformation, PRDX2 promotes oncogenic signaling, stemness, and tumor initiation ...

Targeting p38α in cancer: challenges, opportunities, and emerging strategies
p38α normally regulates cellular stress responses and homeostasis and suppresses malignant transformation. In cancer, however, p38α is co‐opted to drive context‐dependent proliferation and dissemination. p38α also supports key functions in cells of the tumor microenvironment, including fibroblasts, myeloid cells, and T lymphocytes.
