Statistical extension of the Korovkin-type approximation theorem [PDF]
Summary: In this paper, using the concept of statistical -convergence which is stronger than convergence and statistical convergence we obtain a Korovkin type approximation theorem for sequences of positive linear operators from \(H\omega\) to \(CB(I)\) where \(I = [0; 1)\) and \(\omega\) is a modulus of continuity type functions. Also, we construct an

Approximation Theorems for Functions of Two Variables via σ-Convergence
Çakan et al. (2006) introduced the concept of σ-convergence for double sequences. In this work, we use this notion to prove the Korovkin-type approximation theorem for functions of two variables by using the test functions 1, x, y, and x2+y2 and ...

$\pmb{A}$-Statistical extension of the Korovkin type approximation theorem
In this paper, using the concept of $A$-statistical convergence which is a regular (non-matrix) summability method, we obtain a general Korovkin type approximation theorem which concerns the problem of approximating a function $f$ by means of a sequence $\{L_{n}f\}$ of positive linear operators.

Approximation Properties of Ibragimov-Gadjiev-Durrmeyer Operators on Lp (ℝ+)
We deal with the approximation properties of a new class of positive linear Durrmeyer type operators which offer a reconstruction of integral type operators including well known Durrmeyer operators.

Korovkin type approximation theorems via power series method
Korovkin type approximation theorems for a sequence of positive linear operators defined on \(C[a,b]\) and \(L_{q}[a,b]\), \(1 \leq q < \infty\), are established via power series method. The rate of convergence of these operators is given, and some quantitative estimates for \(L_{q}\)-approximation are established.

Statistical Deferred Weighted Riemann Summability and Fuzzy Approximation Theorems [PDF]
The notion of statistical convergence has fascinated many researchers due mainly to the fact that it is more general than the well-established hypothesis of ordinary (classical) convergence.

Approximation properties of a modified Gauss–Weierstrass singular integral in a weighted space
Singular integral operators play an important role in approximation theory and harmonic analysis. In this paper, we consider a weighted Lebesgue space L p , w $L^{p,w}$ , define a modified Gauss–Weierstrass singular integral on it, and study direct and ...

A Study of Szász–Durremeyer-Type Operators Involving Adjoint Bernoulli Polynomials
This research work introduces a connection of adjoint Bernoulli’s polynomials and a gamma function as a sequence of linear positive operators. Further, the convergence properties of these sequences of operators are investigated in various functional ...

Approximation Results: Szász–Kantorovich Operators Enhanced by Frobenius–Euler–Type Polynomials
This research focuses on the approximation properties of Kantorovich-type operators using Frobenius–Euler–Simsek polynomials. The test functions and central moments are calculated as part of this study.
