Clinical Validation of Plasma p‐217tau in Neurological Diseases

ABSTRACT Objective Plasma p‐217tau is a minimally invasive but specific biomarker for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, its disease specificity remains to be clinically evaluated. We validated the reliability of the p‐217tau biomarker in 12 other neurological diseases.

A Kruskal-Wallis type test for functional data

Communications in Statistics - Simulation and Computation
We present a non-parametric method to decide whether K independent samples of functional data have the same location parameter. To do so, random projections are used to transform functional data into univariate data and a Kruskal Wallis test is then applied in order to solve the one-dimensional problem.
