Prickle4 Drives Microenvironmental Remodeling and Resistance to Parp Inhibition in IDH‐Mutant Glioma
IDH‐mutant gliomas exhibit sensitivity to PARP inhibitors (PARPi) owing to oncometabolite 2‐HG‐induced DNA repair defects. The rate of Z‐to‐E isomerization of a tetrafluoroazobenzene subunit in a spiropyran hybrid is controlled by the rate of merocyanine formation. Rate accelerations of 102–106 were observed for changes in solvent polarity, UV light irradiation and passage through silica.

Our study introduces the mosaic H1N1 LAIV, an intranasal broad‐spectrum influenza vaccine that integrates the mosaic antigen design with LAIV technology. Intranasal boosting in mice elicits robust mucosal, humoral, and cellular immunity, as well as provides extensive protection against both homologous and heterologous influenza strains.
