THE LEVEL OF EXPRESSION OF CD3(2GV6) and CD20(L26) MARKERS IN THE CELLS OF URINARY BLADDER POLYPS AND PAPILLOMA TISSUES [PDF]

open access: green, 2023
This article presents data on the expression level of CD3(2GV6) and CD20(L26) markers in bladder polyp and papilloma tissue cells. The CD 3 marker is a surface marker specific for all subpopulations of T lymphocytes. CD 3 is a co-receptor of the T-cell receptor (TCR).

Monoclonal antibody L26: an antibody that is reactive with normal and neoplastic B lymphocytes in routinely fixed and paraffin wax embedded tissues. [PDF]

open access: bronzeJournal of Clinical Pathology, 1987
Formalin fixed and paraffin wax embedded tissue from 85 well characterised cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and Hodgkin's disease were studied using the avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex technique. Among the non-Hodgkin's lymphomas all cases of B cell lymphoma were reactive with L26, a monoclonal antibody which is as yet an unclustered pan B cell reagent,

Fermentation of coconut water by probiotic strains Lactobacillus acidophilus L10 and Lactobacillus casei L26

open access: bronzeAnnals of Microbiology, 2013
Coconut water is becoming an increasingly popular beverage and sports drink in tropical countries due to its high mineral content. Probiotic fermentation of coconut water would provide consumers with a novel probiotic beverage which can provide both hydration and probiotic benefits.

Comparison of the basic Escherichia coli antizyme 1 and antizyme 2 with the ribosomal proteins S20/L26 and L34.

open access: hybridJournal of Biological Chemistry, 1984
The two basic Escherichia coli proteins that inhibit ornithine and arginine decarboxylase and were named provisionally antizyme 1 and antizyme 2 (Heller, J.S., Rostomily, R., Kyriakidis, D.A., and Canellakis, E.S. (1983) Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 80, 5181-5184) are shown to have long identical sequences with the ribosomal proteins S20/L26 and L34 ...

Effect of Probiotic Strains Lactobacillus acidophilus LAFTI L10 and Lactobacillus paracasei LAFTI L26 on Systemic Immune Functions and Bacterial Translocation in Mice

open access: bronzeJournal of Food Protection, 2008
The immunostimulatory effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus LAFTI L10 and Lactobacillus paracasei LAFTI L26 were evaluated to determine their probiotic properties for functional food applications. Mice were given oral doses of either L. acidophilus L10 or L.

Immunoreactivity of B-Cell Markers (CD79a, L26) in Rare Cases of Extranodal Cytotoxic Peripheral T- (NK/T-) Cell Lymphomas [PDF]

open access: closedModern Pathology, 2000
The monoclonal antibodies L26 (CD20) and CD79a are very useful reagents for the immunohistochemical assessment of B-cell lineage in lymphoproliferative disorders. Although very few CD20-positive peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTL) have been reported, comprehensive analyses of CD79a reactivity in extranodal PTL and NK/T-cell lymphomas have not been ...

A Quantitative Property‐Based Layer and Profile Numerical Soil Classification System for Australia

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Soil Science, Volume 76, Issue 2, March–April 2025.
ABSTRACT Most soil classification systems rely on the identification of genetic horizons, delineated through visual observations guided by theories of soil development. However, these systems often differ across countries, creating challenges for information transfer and comparison.
