The present study elaborates on the nutritional, antioxidant and antimicrobial potential of a non‐genetically modified type of T. aestivum grass, along with the evidence of molecular docking studies. The compound extracted from T. aestivum was docked against the antioxidant protein and antimicrobial drug targets.
