Vascular calcification significantly elevates cardiovascular risk in CKD patients, yet no effective therapies exist to halt its progression. We developed a dual targeting nanoplatform Ti3C2/RANKL/OCN/Cyanidin (TROC) for the targeted delivery of cyanidin against vascular calcification.

ABSTRACT Model‐based meta‐analysis allows integration of aggregated‐level data (AD) from different clinical trials in one model to assess population efficacy/safety. However, AD is limited in individual‐level information, while individual‐patient‐level data (IPD) are hard to obtain. Combined modeling may take advantage of both sources.

In this network meta‐analysis of randomized controlled trials comparing Watchman, Amplatzer Amulet, and/or anticoagulation, we found evidence that Amulet was associated with significantly greater risk of pericardial effusion than Watchman (RR = 2.12). Safety and effectiveness of these devices were otherwise comparatively similar.

Impact of Immunosuppressive Drugs on Patients With Percutaneous Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion
ABSTRACT Introduction Percutaneous left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) reduces the risk of thromboembolic stroke in patients with non‐valvular atrial fibrillation who cannot tolerate long‐term oral anticoagulation. However, outcomes after LAAC in patients requiring chronic immunosuppressive therapy (IMS) remain unknown. This study aimed to investigate
