Numerical study on the hot compression test for bulk metal forming application
Article highlights Cylindrical compression test is modeled by finite element method and compared with experimental results. The Lagrangian and the Arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian (ALE) approaches are used to model the experiments.

Are all meats substitutes? A basket‐and‐expenditure‐based approach
Abstract This study examines the relationship among animal‐based meat and plant‐based meat alternatives (PBMAs) using a basket‐and‐expenditure‐based choice experiment. In particular, we examine whether animal‐based meat products are substitutes or complements with PBMAs.

This study introduces a hydraulically steerable catheter with a soft tip in vascular procedures. The steering soft tip achieves a minimal diameter of 2.6 mm and supports a 180° bend. Real‐time shape and position tracking, facilitated by segmentation and endpoint detection techniques, improves navigation.

Theoretical Physics: A Primer for Philosophers of Science
We give a overview of the main areas in theoretical physics, with emphasis on their relation to Lagrangian formalism in classical mechanics. This review covers classical mechanics; the road from classical mechanics to Schrödinger’s quantum mechanics ...

BRST-BV approach to continuous-spin field
Using BRST-BV approach, massless and massive continuous-spin fields propagating in the flat space are studied. For such fields, BRST-BV gauge invariant Lagrangian is obtained.

Crater Observing Bioinspired Rolling Articulator (COBRA)
Crater Observing Bio‐inspired Rolling Articulator (COBRA) is a modular, snake‐inspired robot that addresses the mobility challenges of extraterrestrial exploration sites such as Shackleton Crater. Incorporating snake‐like gaits and tumbling locomotion, COBRA navigates both uneven surfaces and steep crater walls.

Planning and Control Framework for a Quadruped Robot With Changeable Configuration
Multiconfiguration quadruped robots enhance adaptability by switching between mammal‐like and reptile‐like morphologies. This study presents a nonlinear constraint‐based motion planner integrated with a hierarchical whole‐body controller, enabling robust configuration switching and locomotion on complex terrains. Experiments on slopes, irregular bricks,
