An Experimental High‐Throughput Approach for the Screening of Hard Magnet Materials

Study of $B\to \Lambda\bar\Lambda K$ and $B\to \Lambda\bar\Lambda \pi$

We study three-body charmless baryonic B decays of $B \to \Lambda\bar\Lambda P$ with $P=\pi$ and $K$ in the standard model. We find that the branching ratios of the $K$ modes are about one order of magnitude larger than those of the corresponding $\pi$ modes unlike the cases of $B\to p\bar p P$. Explicitly, we obtain that $Br(B^-\to \Lambda\bar \Lambda

Search for the $\Lambda^0_b \to \Lambda ?^\prime$ and $\Lambda^0_b \to \Lambda ?$ decays with the LHCb detector

A search is performed for the as yet unobserved baryonic ? b 0 ??????' and ? b 0 ????? decays with 3 fb-1 of proton proton collision data recorded by the LHCb experiment. The B0???K s 0 ??' decay is used as a normalisation channel. No significant signal is observed for the ? b 0 ??????' decay. An upper limit is found on the branching fraction of B(?0b??

Grain Refinement During Severe Plastic Deformation and Similitude of Subgrain Formation: A Molecular Dynamics Study

Molecular dynamics is used to investigate structure refinement during severe plastic deformation. The results show similitude with experimental data. Molecular dynamics simulations of severe plastic deformation of monocrystalline and polycrystalline samples by multiaxial compression of aluminum are carried out.
