Exploring the Influence of Applied Potential and Catalyst Morphology on the Selectivities of Copper Toward Carbon Dioxide Electroreduction Using Machine Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A machine learning‐assisted workflow integrates experimental data mining, model training, and SHapley Additive exPlanations‐based interpretation to map the coupled effects of catalyst morphology, particle size, and applied potential on CO2 electroreduction selectivity, revealing critical multifactorial trends for designing Cu‐based catalysts toward ...

Ultralight Soft Wearable Haptic Interface with Shear‐Normal‐Vibration Feedback

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
This study proposes soft wearable haptic interface using pneumatic actuators and origami pumps. This interface can generate multiple sensations such as touching, slipping, and vibrating. To show performance and wearability of this interface, virtual reality is connected with the interface, and user tests are conducted.

Community‐engaged crime prevention through environmental design and reductions in violent and firearm crime

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Community Psychology, EarlyView.
Abstract In the U.S., crime and violence are concentrated in cities that have lost industry and population due to economic disinvestment and structurally racist policies. Researchers, practitioners, and policymakers have called for community‐level approaches that reduce violence in these cities by improving unsafe physical environments, increasing ...
