SynNotch Receptors for Visualizing Immunoreceptor Force Transmission and Downstream Signaling In Vivo

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A mechanically activated SynNotch reporter platform enables detection of force transmission through receptors as they mediate immune cell interactions. Targeting CD40 on B cells and TCR on T cells records force‐induced reporter activation across 2D coculture, 3D organoid, and implanted in mice, which also reveal force‐amplification of immune receptor ...

Amphibious Movement of Microrobots Inspired by Water Spiders

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inspired by the water strider, a novel microrobot is designed to maintain amphibious mobility in complex environments. It retains the ability to traverse the air‐liquid interface and perform directional movement within sophisticated, multifaceted environments, including complex gastric wall structures, with precise controllability.

Water/Ionic Liquid Hybrid Electrolyte for High Cycling Stability and Low‐Temperature Adaptability in Aqueous Lithium‐Ion Battery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dilute hybrid electrolyte containing only 10 mol% [EMIM][DEP] simultaneously reorganizes the water hydrogen‐bond network and creates an ionic‐liquid‐rich region at the anode. This coupled bulk and interfacial regulation suppresses freezing and hydrogen evolution, broadens the electrochemical stability window, and enables an aqueous LMO/LTP full cell ...

Antigen‐Detected NMR for Minimal Epitope Engineering and Structure‐Guided Selection of a NaV1.7‐Selective Nanobody

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A minimal extracellular epitope from voltage‐gated sodium channel NaV1.7 was engineered into an isotope‐labelled antigen for antigen‐detected nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Together with AlphaFold2 (AF2), this enabled structure‐guided selection of R4C8, a human NaV1.7‐selective nanobody that labels fixed NaV1.7‐expressing cells and produces staining
