Neural Langevin Dynamics: towards interpretable Neural Stochastic Differential Equations
Neural Stochastic Differential Equations (NSDE) have been trained as both Variational Autoencoders, and as GANs. However, the resulting Stochastic Differential Equations can be hard to interpret or analyse due to the generic nature of the drift and diffusion fields.

The pursuit‐evasion game is studied for two adversarial active agents, modeled as deterministic self‐steering pursuer and stochastic, cognitive evader. For a successful evasion strategy, the motile target has to exploit all available pursuer information, e.g., by tuning the tumbling frequency with the pursuer distance.

Langevin dynamics of the Lebowitz-Percus model [PDF]
We revisit the hard-spheres lattice gas model in the spherical approximation proposed by Lebowitz and Percus (J. L. Lebowitz, J. K. Percus, Phys. Rev.{\ 144} (1966) 251).

We develop analytical tools and numerical methods for time evolving the total density matrix of the finite-size Anderson model. The model is composed of two finite metal grains, each prepared in canonical states of differing chemical potential and ...

Novel anomalous diffusion phenomena of underdamped Langevin equation with random parameters
The diffusion behavior of particles moving in complex heterogeneous environment is a very topical issue. We characterize particle’s trajectory via an underdamped Langevin system driven by a Gaussian white noise with a time dependent diffusivity of ...

Langevin dynamics of spreading and wetting
Summary: We propose a solid-on-solid-model description of the dynamics of wetting, using Langevin equations. The Gaussian version, appropriate to partial wetting, is solved exactly. The general version is solved using local equilibrium and scaling arguments.

Langevin Dynamics Driven by a Telegraphic Active Noise
Self-propelled or active particles are referred to as the entities which exhibit anomalous transport violating the fluctuation-dissipation theorem by means of taking up an athermal energy source from the environment.

Can hydrophobic, shape‐selective zeolites efficiently remove the persistent pharmaceutical CBZ from water? This work moves beyond the static picture of interaction energies by modeling diffusion with umbrella sampling and machine‐learned potentials. Even high intrinsic diffusion barriers can be overcome through exergonic adsorption from water, yielding

Dynamic correlation functions and Boltzmann Langevin approach for driven one dimensional lattice gas [PDF]
We study the dynamics of the totally asymmetric exclusion process with open boundaries by phenomenological theories complemented by extensive Monte-Carlo simulations.
