A Two‐Stage Questionnaire and Actigraphy Screening for iRBD in a Multicenter Retrospective Cohort

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Isolated rapid‐eye‐movement sleep behavior disorder is a prodromal marker of synucleinopathies. However, most cases remain undiagnosed due to the insufficient predictive value of questionnaires and limited access to confirmatory video‐polysomnography. We assessed a two‐stage screening strategy combining a brief questionnaire on rapid‐

Artificial Intelligence in Systemic Sclerosis: Clinical Applications, Challenges, and Future Directions

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare autoimmune disease defined by immune dysregulation, vasculopathy, and progressive fibrosis of the skin and internal organs. Despite advances in care, major complications such as interstitial lung disease (ILD) and myocardial involvement remain the leading causes of morbidity and mortality.

Mechanics of Consolidation with Reference to Experimentally Sedimented Clays [PDF]

open access: yes, 1961
The problem of large strain consolidation in soils is investigated by analysis and experiment. A mathematical model is formulated to include the effects of large strains. Analytic and numerical solutions are discussed.

Deposited sediment settlement and consolidation mechanisms

open access: yesWater Science and Engineering, 2015
In order to study deposited sediment settlement and consolidation mechanisms, sediment settlement experiments were conducted using a settlement column. Based on the experimental results, sediment settlement stage definition, excessive pore pressure (EPP)

Revisiting Stability Criteria in Ball‐Milled High‐Entropy Alloys: Do Hume–Rothery and Thermodynamic Rules Equally Apply?

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, Volume 27, Issue 6, March 2025.
The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.
