Delayed Postoperative Radiotherapy in Head & Neck Cancers—A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

This study evaluates the impact of delayed postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) on overall survival in patients with head and neck cancers. The findings indicate that initiating PORT within 42 days significantly reduces mortality, emphasizing the importance of timely treatment.
