JEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) exhibits a pro‐tumorigenic immune environment, increased oncologic signalling, and tumour remodelling, with three immune subgroups from ‘cold’ to ‘hot’. Organ transplant recipients (OTR) with cSCC showed reduced T‐cells and greater viral enrichment, especially HPV, and a higher disease burden.
