Borophene is introduced as a programmable 2D bio‐interface that organizes DNA through dual boron–sulfur and nucleobase interactions. This molecular architecture enables efficient long‐range nanosurface energy transfer, establishing new design principles for functional nano–bio interfaces and amplification‐free optical biosensing.

Classification of Substances Combining Standoff Laser Induced Fluorescence and Machine Learning [PDF]
Contaminated objects and areas must be handled carefully depending on the underlying pollution. There are methods which require short distances, others the collection of samples or even direct contact to the hazardous, and some of the established ...

Non-classical light scattered by laser-pumped molecules possessing permanent dipoles
Squeezing in resonance fluorescence processes of a laser-pumped molecule possessing permanent dipoles is shown. A weak low-frequency coherent field pumps the sample near resonance with the dynamically Stark-splitting states induced by a second stronger ...

Out‐of‐Plane Strain‐Decoupled Architecture for High‐Fill‐Factor Stretchable OLED Displays
A vertically decoupled multilayer SOLED architecture separates emissive pixel islands from deformable interconnects, allowing low‐modulus elastomeric layers to accommodate applied strain and suppress strain transfer to the OLED region. This design, combined with transparent hybrid encapsulation, enables a high fill factor (∼75%), stretchability ...

High‐Efficiency Quantum Defect Generation in Carbon Nanotubes via Oxygen‐Free Photochemistry
We show that oxygen plays an important role in quantum defect formation in carbon nanotubes and identify reaction conditions to create a range of different quantum defects for photonics and biosensing. ABSTRACT Single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) offer potential for a wide range of applications from optoelectronic devices to biomedical diagnostics.

Detection of Hydrocarbons in the Soils by Laser-Induced Fluorescence Method
All the usual forms of petroleum non aqueous phase liquids (NAPL) distributed in the soils and groundwater contain significant amounts of naturally fluorescent polycyclic aromatic hydrocar-bons (PAH), which can be detected by Laser-induced fluorescence ...

High‐performing near‐infrared (NIR) organic light‐emitting diodes are demonstrated using an efficient and stable 800 nm‐emissive organic radical and a thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) host. TADF‐assisted exciton generation combined with improved charge transport enables high external quantum efficiency (>8%), high radiance (>70,000 mW sr−
