Achromatic 3D Multi‐Color Orbital Angular Momentum Holography

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work presents an achromatic 3D multicolor orbital angular momentum (OAM) holography based on spatial multiplexing. By integrating wavelength‐specific lens functions onto monochromatic Fourier OAM‐dependent holograms and high‐resolution spatial discretization and interleaving via two‐photon lithography (TPL), the approach addresses axial chromatic ...

Implantable Biophotonic Device for Wirelessly Cancer Real‐Time Monitoring and Modulable Treatment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A wirelessly implantable biophotonic device is capable of distinguishing tumors and evaluating their progression by monitoring sO2 levels indicative of the tumor hypoxic microenvironment. Additionally, this device is not only employed for in situ PDT but also for concurrent monitoring of chemotherapy and PDT progress, thereby enabling the evaluation ...

Bimetallic Plasmonic Nanozyme‐Based Microneedle for Synergistic Ferroptosis Therapy of Melanoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A microneedle (MN) patch that integrates novel bimetallic plasmonic nanozyme (BPNzyme) and traditional Chinese medicine β‐elemene (β‐ELE) has been rationally designed for ferroptosis pathway‐dependent combined therapy of melanoma. Abstract Melanoma is the most common malignant skin tumor, characterized by complexity, invasiveness, and heterogeneity ...

Encapsulated Organohydrogel Couplants for Wearable Ultrasounds

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Hydrogels are ideal for wearable ultrasonic devices but suffer from water loss during long‐term monitoring. Adding excessive glycerol increases attenuation, while elastomer encapsulation causes uneven interfaces due to shrinkage and scattering acoustic waves.

Hydrogel‐Based Smart Materials for Wound Healing and Sensing

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
The graphical abstract illustrates the role of hydrogel‐based flexible materials in advancing biomedical applications, including wound healing, point‐of‐care diagnostics, smart patches, and wearable devices. Hydrogels are particularly promising in modern wound care due to their high‐water content, flexibility, and biocompatibility.

Polydopamine‐Assisted Electroless Deposition of Magnetic Functional Coatings for 3D‐Printed Microrobots

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A polydopamine (PDA)‐assisted electroless deposition method enables the solution‐based conformal coating of 3D‐printed microstructures with superparamagnetic nickel thin films. This multilayer magnetic coating is implemented and demonstrated in three magnetic microrobot archetypes, including arbitrarily shaped active particles, microrollers, and ...

Multi‐Module Micro/Nanorobots for Biomedical and Environmental Remediation Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Multi‐module microrobots (MNRs) have overcome the limitations of single‐module systems by integrating components such as propeller, actuator, manipulator, and imaging modalities. They show promise in biomedical applications, such as targeted drug delivery and tissue repair, as well as in environmental remediation, including pollutant removal.

Minimally Invasive Bowel Cancer Detection through Vibrating Microrobot‐Induced Elastography

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A minimally invasive diagnostic method for bowel cancer detection combines vibrating microrobots and laser speckle contrast imaging to map tissue elasticity. By analyzing vibration‐induced resonance, detailed elasticity maps are produced, clearly differentiating tumors from healthy tissue.

Autofluorescence Imaging and Virtual Histological Staining of Human Prostate Sections for Cancer Diagnosis

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Autofluorescence imaging with virtual histological staining streamlines postoperative histopathology. Using a deep ultraviolet light‐emitting diode (LED)‐based imaging system and a weakly supervised deep learning model, virtual hematoxylin and eosin (H&E)‐stained images are generated from the autofluorescence of prostate tissue. Pathologist evaluations
