Clinical Impact of NOTCH3 Variant Location After First Stroke in CADASIL
ABSTRACT Objective Despite its monogenic origin, Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy exhibits marked variability in clinical expression and severity. Variants in the NOTCH3 gene, within epidermal growth factor‐like repeat domains 1–6 or 7–34, are known to influence disease onset, but their impact ...

An Alternative Approach to Growth Mixture Model: Performance of Covariance Pattern Mixture Model
This study evaluates the performance of five modeling approaches—unconstrained growth mixture model (GMMU), constrained GMM (GMMC), latent class growth model (LCGM), covariance pattern mixture model (CPMM) with compound symmetry (CPMM-CS), and CPMM with ...

A unified research data management framework for heterogeneous materials data is presented. The system integrates multimodal datasets using ontologies and knowledge graphs, enabling interoperability and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) data principles. By linking data across scales and workflows, it supports reproducible, Artifitial

development of deviant and delinquent behavior of adolescents [PDF]
The article presents applications of different growth mixture models considering unobserved heterogeneity within the framework of Mplus (Muthén and Muthén, 2001, 2004). Latent class growth mixture models are discussed under special consideration of count variables which can be incorporated into the mixture models via the Poisson and the zero-inflated ...

Current Status and Challenges in Data Collection for Aerospace Coatings Deposited by Plasma Spraying
An innovative approach has been integrated into the GRENAT project to optimize plasma spraying and coating performance. Raw materials are accelerated and melted in the plasma generated by torches, creating coatings. Monitoring sensors collect process data which are combined with ex situ characterization data.

A Small Latent Class in Growth Mixture Modeling: A Simulation Study
Growth mixture modeling (GMM) allows researchers to explore heterogeneous growth trajectories across individuals. The unknown subgroup in GMM could be small in the population, but unestablished minimum class size rules (e.g., 1%, 5%, or 10%) may exclude small classes that may require unique representation and support.
