ENDODONTIC TREATMENT OF LOWER LATERAL INCISOR WITH THREE ROOT CANALS – CASE REPORT. [PDF]
The main goal of endodontic treatment is the correct diagnosis, optimal mechanical and chemical preparation and three-dimensional obturation of the root canal. Reasons for endodontic failure can be variations in the anatomy of the teeth - the presence of

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Alkaloids Isolated from the Lateral Root of <em>Aconitum carmichaelii</em>
Two new alkaloids, aconicarmine (<strong>1</strong>) and aconicaramide (<strong>5</strong>), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the lateral roots of <em>Aconitum carmichaelii</em>, together with five known ...

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Plasticity of Lateral Root Branching in Maize
Extensively branched root systems can efficiently capture soil resources by increasing their absorbing surface in soil. Lateral roots are the roots formed from pericycle cells of other roots that can be of any type.

Accelerated Progression of Gait Impairment in Parkinson's Disease and REM Sleep Without Atonia
ABSTRACT Objective People with Parkinson's disease (PD) and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep without atonia (RSWA) often have more severe gait disturbances compared to PD without RSWA. The association between the presence and expression of RSWA and the rate of progression of gait impairment in PD is unknown.

Lateral roots (LRs) occupy a large part of the root system and play a central role in plant water and nutrient uptake. Monocot plants, such as rice, produce two types of LRs: the S-type (short and thin) and the L-type (long, thick, and capable of further

Spatiotemporal regulation of lateral root organogenesis in Arabidopsis by cytokinin [PDF]
The architecture of a plant's root system, established postembryonically, results from both coordinated root growth and lateral root branching. The plant hormones auxin and cytokinin are central endogenous signaling molecules that regulate lateral root ...
