Polarizable Vanadium Dipoles Promote Water Dissociation on Vanadium‐Based Metal Organic Framework
The polarization of unpaired V 3d electrons weakens the H─O bond to improve water dissociation by the dual Vδ+:O─H and Pλ−:H─O coupling hydrogen bonds formation and relaxation. P@V‐MOF electrocatalyst shows low overpotentials (94 mV in acid, 178 mV in neutral, and 77 mV in alkaline solutions) with excellent stability for effective overall water ...

Fused integrable lattice models with quantum impurities and open boundaries
The alternating integrable spin chain and the $RSOS(q_{1},q_{2};p)$ model in the presence of a quantum impurity are investigated. The boundary free energy due to the impurity is derived, the ratios of the corresponding $g$ functions at low and high ...

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Moiré band engineering in graphene/hexagonal boron nitride–based superlattices unlocks van Hove singularities (VHSs) for terahertz (THz) optoelectronics. Tuning the Fermi level near these singularities, associated with secondary neutrality points (SNPs), enhances the photothermoelectric response.

Embedding integrable spin models in solvable vertex models on the square lattice
Exploring a mapping among n-state spin and vertex models on the square lattice, we argue that a given integrable spin model with edge weights satisfying the rapidity difference property can be formulated in the framework of an equivalent solvable vertex ...

Integrable lattice models from four-dimensional field theories
. This paper gives a general construction of an integrable lattice model (and a solution of the Yang-Baxter equation with spectral parameter) from a four-dimensional field theory which is a mixture of topological and holomorphic.

We propose a suture‐complementary approach that integrates optical skin clearing with a strain‐programmable luminescent adhesive patch. Hyaluronic acid promotes transdermal delivery of tartrazine to improve optical clearing and stabilizes its interaction with a photosensitizer. Optical clearing increases the penetration depth of visible light into skin,

Managing singular kernels and logarithmic corrections in the staggered six-vertex model
In this paper, we investigate the spectral properties of the staggered six-vertex model with Z 2 $$ {\mathcal{Z}}_2 $$ symmetry for arbitrary system sizes L using non-linear integral equations (NLIEs). Our study is motivated by two key questions: what is
