Combustion and Pyrolysis EA‐IRMS Techniques to Determine the δ2H of Diamonds
ABSTRACT Rationale Diamonds are generally considered to be metasomatic minerals originating from the Earth's mantle. They formed through the interaction of carbon‐bearing fluids or melts with the surrounding deep lithology. Most knowledge about the formation of diamonds comes from studying their mineral inclusions or stable isotopes.

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERISATIONS OF SIX NEW BIS-THIOSEMICARBAZONE LIGANDS
Six new bis-thiosemicarbazones ligands were synthesized with rigid or flexible organic chemical links between the two thiosemicarbazones moieties. Such ligands have been designed for the synthesis of polymetallic coordination complexes.

The separation of Helium gas from natural gas is challenging but highly important. MIL‐116(Ga), a “non‐porous” metal–organic framework is used as a molecular sieve to separate He from CH4. Druse‐like MIL‐116(Ga) particles are integrated into polysulfone mixed matrix membranes.

A phosphorescent dye was designed to fit in a hand‐to‐glove fashion into the 1D‐pore channels of MIL‐68(In). We synthesized MIL‐68(In) as powder and thin films, loaded the dye into the pores with controlled packing, and found that the phosphorescence and quantum yield are enhanced.

Priestley, Scheele, Lavoisier, and the Burning Lenses
The purpose of this article was to familiarize readers with burning lenses, which were used by 18th century by some English and French chemists as a means of reaching high temperatures. However, not all experiments have given satisfactory results.

Capacitive Pixelated CMOS Electronic Nose
A 1024‐pixel CMOS capacitive E‐nose with inkjet‐printed MOFs and polymer layers yields gas‐specific capacitance fingerprints under humid conditions, discriminating toluene from 2‐butanone at low power. ABSTRACT Although some of the human senses can nowadays be replaced by low‐cost electronic sensors such as microphones and image sensors, a compact low ...
