The LCC Concept

2013
Economical evaluations need to take into account all cost consequences of an investment, independent from the point of time and the place of the payment caused by the investment75.

Feature of P–S, P–P, LCL-LCL, and LCC-LCC

2020
We previously discussed the differences between conventional electromagnetic induction and magnetic resonance coupling by comparing five circuits (N–N, N–S, S–N, S–S, and S–P). In this chapter, we describe S–S, S–P, P–S, and P–P, and LCL-S, LCL-P, S-LCL, P-LCL, LCL-LCL, and LCC-LCC, which have resonant capacitors on the transmission and receiving sides.

LCC ANALYSIS IN MAINTENANCE STRATEGY

2011
This paper focuses on different repair methods which are evaluated regarding risks and costs and in correlation to the structural service level for concrete structures. An overview of different repair and maintenance measures correlated to the degradation level is presented.

Uncertainties of LCC Predictions

1983
Many Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Models treat costs as “point estimates“ or “most likely” predictions of what actual costs will be many years in the future. Actual costs, however, are not exact, but are subject to considerable uncertainty. This paper examines an analytical method for aggregating LCC component and subsystem costs so as to produce a total cost

Life-Cycle Cost (LCC)

1990
The LCC method is used to make cost-effective choices for a given building, facility, or system. Emphasis is on cost effectiveness because the LCC method is used to evaluate alternatives which compete primarily on the basis of costs. Thus target performance standards are defined, and only candidates which meet the standards are considered.
