Unipolar Barrier Near‐Infrared 2D Photodetectors for 3D Image Sensors
A MoTe2/WSe2/Cl–SnSe2 unipolar barrier photodetector is demonstrated, in which the WSe2 layer effectively blocks majority‐carrier injection, yielding suppressed dark current and enhanced near‐infrared (NIR) sensing. The device achieves high detectivity, a wide linear dynamic range, and fast response under 1310 nm illumination, enabling high‐fidelity 3D

Advances in Se Wide‐Bandgap Photovoltaics and TexSe1‐x SWIR Photodiodes
In this review, fundamental properties and current challenges in Se photovoltaics (PVs) for tandem and indoor PVs and TexSe1‐x alloys for short wave infrared photodiodes are discussed. A case is made for the practicality of elemental chalcogenide optoelectronics, and a pathway toward resolving the key challenges in these respective technologies is ...

From Sensing Mechanisms to System Co‐Design: Graphene‐Based Sensors and Readout Circuits
This review establishes a unified PS–EQ–RF framework linking graphene sensing mechanisms, native electrical outputs, and output‐specific readout circuits. Voltage‐, current‐, resistance‐, and capacitance‐type sensing systems are systematically classified to guide architecture selection, low‐noise design, system co‐design, and practical integration ...

Effect of central obscuration on the LDR point spread function [PDF]
It is well known that Gaussian apodization of an aperture reduces the sidelobe levels of its point spread function (PSF). In the limit where the standard deviation of the Gaussian function is much smaller than the diameter of the aperture, the sidelobes ...

Green Ambiguity Shapes Sustainable Investing
ABSTRACT Green Exchange‐Traded Funds (ETFs) have experienced strong growth in recent years, reflecting increasing investor attention toward sustainability. However, these funds rely on a wide range of environmental metrics that are often weakly aligned, raising concerns about the meaning of greenness in sustainable investing.
