In Situ Integrated Titanium Oxide Synaptic Phototransistor Enabling Multimodal Plasticity and Noise‐Robust Selective Attention

An in situ integrated TiO2/SiOx/Al2O3 synaptic phototransistor couples ultraviolet and electrical stimuli within a scalable, CMOS‐compatible oxide stack. Rapid Room‐Temperature Ethanol Sensing in Bi2MoO6/rGO Heterostructures: Weak Adsorption‐Driven Charge Modulation

This work establishes Bi2MoO6/rGO heterostructures as a mechanism‐guided platform for high‐performance room‐temperature ethanol gas detection by showing that modest adsorption, in conjunction with dynamic interfacial band modulation, enables rapid charge‐transfer.
