Resistance Against Melon Chlorotic Mosaic Virus and Tomato Leaf Curl New Delhi Virus in Melon.

open access: yesPlant Disease, 2019
Thirty-one melon accessions were screened for resistance to the begomoviruses Melon chlorotic mosaic virus (MeCMV) and Tomato leaf curl New Delhi virus (ToLCNDV). Five accessions presented nearly complete resistance to both viruses.

MicroRNA profiling of tomato leaf curl new delhi virus (tolcndv) infected tomato leaves indicates that deregulation of mir159/319 and mir172 might be linked with leaf curl disease

open access: yesVirology Journal, 2010
Background Tomato leaf curl virus (ToLCV), a constituent of the genus Begomovirus, infects tomato and other plants with a hallmark disease symptom of upward leaf curling.

Rehabilitation guidelines after autograft anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction need more graft‐specific exercise recommendations—A scoping review

open access: yesKnee Surgery, Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract Purpose Autografts for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) are primarily harvested from the quadriceps, patellar, and semitendinosus tendons. The purpose of this scoping review was to describe available recommendations for exercise‐based rehabilitation following primary ACLR with a quadriceps tendon (QT), semitendinosus tendon (ST)

Existence of periodic orbits for geodesible vector fields on closed 3-manifolds

open access: yes, 2009
In this paper we deal with the existence of periodic orbits of geodesible vector fields on closed 3-manifolds. A vector field is geodesible if there exists a Riemannian metric on the ambient manifold making its orbits geodesics.

Development of a multimodal vision transformer model for predicting traumatic versus degenerative rotator cuff tears on magnetic resonance imaging: A single‐centre retrospective study

open access: yesKnee Surgery, Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract Purpose The differentiation between traumatic and degenerative rotator cuff tears (RCTs remains a diagnostic challenge with significant implications for treatment planning. While magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is standard practice, traditional radiological interpretation has shown limited reliability in distinguishing these etiologies.

Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Sardinia Virus, a Begomovirus Species Evolving by Mutation and Recombination: A Challenge for Virus Control

open access: yesViruses, 2019
The tomato leaf curl disease (TYLCD) is associated with infections of several species of begomoviruses (genus Begomovirus, family Geminiviridae) and causes severe damage to tomatoes throughout tropical and sub-tropical regions of the world. Among others,
