Newly developed polymers with intrinsic microporosity (PIMs) were combined with benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole (BTZ) to be used as visible light photocatalytic coatings on the Vortex Fluidic Device (VFD). The VFD's rapid rotation and continuous flow capabilities enhanced singlet oxygen and superoxide radical reactions, achieving a dramatic eightfold ...

Nitrooxylation—the installation of nitrate esters (–ONO2) has evolved from classical mixed‐acid protocols to catalytic and mechano‐, flow‐, photo‐, and electrochemical strategies. This review delineates ionic and radical manifolds for C–ONO2 bond formation, emphasizing mechanistic control, selected substrate scope, and selectivity.

A triangular double‐decker Ni6 complex self‐assembles from Ni(II), TMEDA, and a triphenylene tris dioxolene non‐innocent ligand, with two face‐to‐face tris‐semiquinone decks held by a strong covalent C─C interaction. This rigid scaffold delivers four reversible ligand‐centered redox events: oxidation switches on an intense near‐infrared band and ...

Effect of internal leaf structures on gas exchange of leaves
Gas exchange of leaves is generally considered as the interchange of gaseous compounds between the leaf interior and ambient air. Once inside the leaf, CO$_{2}$ can diffuse along its concentration gradients mainly regarded in the vertical direction of the blade towards the assimilating tissues.

Understanding aromaticity has evolved from benzene‐centric concepts to a broad multidimensional framework spanning organic, inorganic, and excited‐state systems. This review highlights ambiguities between magnetic, electronic, geometric, and energetic descriptors, emphasizing the need for unified, multi‐criteria approaches.
