Analysis of the leakage inductance of planar transformer

In this paper, the leakage inductance of planar transformer is analyzed. The physical structure of the planar transformer discussed in this paper is introduced at first. Then the leakage magnetic field in the planar transformer is analyzed and the calculation formula of the leakage inductance is deduced.
