Maximizing the Energy Output of Soft Electrohydraulic Generators

This article evaluates the potential of soft electrohydraulic generators as an alternative approach for energy capture. Developing Soft Interconnected Microchannel Network for 2D Skin‐Like Actuator

A soft interconnected network of microchannels is proposed to develop new pneumatic actuators for future bio‐inspired soft robots. Simultaneous stimulation of this network generates regional asymmetric strains in walls of microchannels whose interaction across the entire surface leads to bending curvatures in multidimensions.

Sonoselective Transfection of Glioma Endothelium

Delivering non‐viral, gene‐bearing nanoparticles with thiol‐decorated surfaces to gliomas with focused ultrasound yields transfection tropism for endothelial cells. From this platform, “sonoselective” transfection of glioma endothelium is achieved via incorporation of an endothelial cell‐specific promoter.
