Hand Gesture Recognition with Leap Motion [PDF]
Hand gesture is a natural way for people to communicate, it plays an important role in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Nowadays, many developers build HCI applications on the top of hand gesture recognition, but how to get more accurate when recognizing hand gestures still have a long way to go.

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

AplikasiMarawis Digital Menggunakan Sensor Leap Motion

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Dynamical overlap fermions, results with hybrid Monte-Carlo algorithm [PDF]
We present first, exploratory results of a hybrid Monte-Carlo algorithm for dynamical, n_f=2, four-dimensional QCD with overlap fermions. As expected, the computational requirements are typically two orders of magnitude larger for the dynamical overlap ...

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

An interactive gesture control system for collaborative manipulator based on Leap Motion Controller
Gesture control is often used for the control of robotic manipulators. However conventional methods always focus on position control of robotic manipulators and use a fixed position to place gesture detection devices, which limits the flexibility to ...
