Learning Articulated Constraints From a One-Shot Demonstration for Robot Manipulation Planning
Robots manipulating in domestic environments generally need to interact with articulated objects, such as doors, drawers, laptops and swivel chairs. The rigid bodies that make up these objects are connected by a revolute pair or a prismatic pair.

Reinforcement Learning from Imperfect Demonstrations
Robust real-world learning should benefit from both demonstrations and interactions with the environment. Current approaches to learning from demonstration and reward perform supervised learning on expert demonstration data and use reinforcement learning to further improve performance based on the reward received from the environment.

Pathways and pitfalls: a qualitative study of student experiences in biomedical science education
Biomedical science students from underrepresented backgrounds face barriers including financial strain, disrupted laboratory access and cultural exclusion. Peer networks provide vital support when institutional systems are difficult to navigate. To create inclusive learning environments and achieve academic success, educators should blend active, hands‐

Learning Logic Constraints From Demonstration. [PDF]
Autonomous agents operating in real-world settings are often required to efficiently accomplish a task while adhering to certain environmental constraints. For instance, a self-driving car must transport its passengers to their intended destination as fast as possible while complying with traffic regulations. Inverse Constrained Reinforcement Learning (

Accurate and noninvasive prostate cancer detection using plasma‐derived extracellular vesicle RNA
Plasma extracellular vesicles were captured with WGA‐conjugated magnetic beads and profiled for RNA biomarkers. A three‐RNA panel (NM_024955, NR_047469, and NR_002564) distinguished prostate cancer from healthy controls and benign prostatic hyperplasia, supporting a simple, noninvasive approach to improve prostate cancer detection.
