Effect of amendments’ application on Lemon balm mineral content
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) is a perennial herbaceous plant in the mint family Lamiaceae. It has leaves with a mild lemon scent similar to mint. The leaves are used as a herb, in teas, and also as a flavouring. Lemon balm tea, the essential oil, and the extract are used in traditional and alternative medicine.
